Bottom line: If price isn't a big object, then you can't beat Winston flowers. I've been to a lot of florists around town, from Harvard to Backbay, and Winston's flowers and professionalism are hands down the best. They're going to cost you a pretty penny, but for a special occasion, they can't be beat.
